I kinda feel like that today. I miss my boyfriend. I really should work out, I really should be applying for scholarships and internships. I really should be doing some homework. And yet, I'm here, in a wifebeater, durag on my head and some draws with my leopard print slippers sitting in front of the comp, totally unmoved. *SIGH*
I think I'ma take my boy's offer up on that lunch and get outta the crib for a bit. I think food and laughter will brighten my day up.

So Anxious...

So yea, its been a while. Tru tru. Well yesterday I took an exam for my Intercultural Communication class, which is a pretty interesting class fyi, and it was actually quite funny how I ended up punishing that joint.
I had a pretty book filled weekend when I went home 2 weekends ago. However, after a ton of studying complaining and writing, I came back sunday night only to wake up Monday morning to loads of snow. Needless to say, there was no school. Cool. That meant no exams! yay! lol
Anyways, I got a couple reschedules and an email that I could've sworn said my Intercultural joint was this wednesday (manana). Pero, I go to discussion class on Monday and find out that the joint is that day. SMH!! Soo blown. Not only did I not have my books for that class, let alone my wonderful note cards, BUT I LOAFED THE HELL OUTTA THE NIGHT BEFORE. SMH x2 Luckily, I had my trusty laptop, which had all my notes. So every chance I got, I peeped my notes in my first set of classes. Went into class @ 1, beasted the joint, (well more so "did fairly well" lol), and walked out feeling confident. I checked my grades online later that night and it said I had an 86! But since that was a little soon in my opinion, I'm not dancing on top of tables just yet.

So now I find out I have an exam in my other class on thursday. SMH I really must not read my syllabi fully. Along with that I have a spanish interview (entravista) and an exam tomorrow. It never ends lol. I feel the laziness coming on and I'm nowhere near done. SMH, I keep thinking, I JUST WANNA BE SUCCESSFUL!

I'm soooo ready for Spring Break, I'm not going anywhere but home lol, but i'm still siced! Plus a couple girls might make some guess apparences this weekend. YAAY!

Unexpected downfall

College..ahh how I love thee :-\

Feeling tired and defeated, I must say that I was ready to let it all go to hell this afternoon. After studying for the past week, (well I guess intensively for the past few days), I predict that I failed my two spanish exams. Now I imagine for those of who may not know me well, you may think, "hey well it is kind of a hard subject", or "Screw it! It only the first two tests." But if you were scholarly you would understand me when I say that I'm pissed that I couldn't buss those joints out with a bang.
smh WILL THE MADNESS EVER END? I know I may have overreacted this morning when I decided to just go straight home to waldorf right after my 2nd spanish class but I was simply too through. Once I regained my composure and quit my complaining in Kohlya's ear, I decided I need extra assistance. Whether it be a tutor or just reading my 1st spanish book in its complete entirety during the rest of the semester, thats what its gonna have to be. I've had a handle of Spanish all this time and frankly, I'd be damned if I got anything lower than a B in these joints.

On to other news:
This past weekend was lovely of course! Spoiling was definitely done on both our parts and we surely enjoyed each other's company ;o). I got to see my girl Taz and once again made a failed attempt to hit the bars on route 1. Like Bri did, I should've stayed my ass in the apartment. smh. Oh well, another lesson learned i guess. Gotta follow my intuition more often.

This weekend I'll be attending a date auction for The Echelon Fashion Society. I think it should be fun and hope that a lot of people come. Maybe I'm partial cuz I did used to be apart of the exec board, (recently resigned for focus purposes), but I do believe it will be a great show!
